The Smart 27 Villa - York

The value for money at Smart 27 was very nice, with a 10x experience for half the price of other hotels. The room decor and attention to detail were amazing, especially in the main bedroom. The location was perfect, with restaurants within walking distance and a lovely area to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the self check-in was convenient.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast menu was the addition of milk for the tea and coffee provided.

The sofa bed was not actually a sofa bed, a slight inconvenience as I needed three beds.

I booked Smart 27 for a short break with my son. What a delightful surprise! Ambient lighting and music welcomed us into this beautifully designed and modern property. The projector in the living room was really cool, and my son loved the home cinema. The hosts were easily reachable and very friendly. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was amazing. We made full use of the movie screen. A great stay!
